We work very closely with our clients taking pride in the creation and execution of a full-service design. Whether residential or commercial we curate the perfect design, while mirroring the client's style, brand and budget. While we want this experience to over exceed client expectations, provide top tier customer service and professionalism, we approach each project with the commitment to provide you with the ultimate design experience. Our 5-step process gives you an overview on how we make that happen. We work very closing with our clients through the process from start to finish. However, clients are able to sit back over the course of the project, while we work diligently and efficiently to curate tailored and functional spaces geared uniquely to meet the clients’ design needs.

THE PROCESS

Discovery Call: During this brief call, we will begin to discuss and assess the initial goal for your project. We will quickly address any questions or concerns, discuss desired project timeline all while exploring the designer/client chemistry and compatibility. In the event that we decide it is a good fit, we will then move forward with scheduling a consultation.
Initial Consultation: During this 2 hour on-site visit we will review the space, take note of your style preference while providing professional expertise and feedback, discuss in detail all of your design needs, outline the scope of work, provide a step-by-step overview of the design process, obtain site measurements and collectively ensure that the desired collaboration is suitable for both the designer and prospective client. Following the consultation, we will provide you with a proposal that carefully outlines the scope of work, projected timeline, designer fee and retainment and client agreement for review.
Design Concept and Development: We begin this step with implementing the details and information gathered during the consultation. With measurements obtained on site and final design related overview, we will commence to develop a personified design plan for your space.
Project Oversight and Management: Upon approval of the design plan, we will provide you with an invoice to initiate procurement. No need to worry, we handle EVERYTHING from order placement, project management and delivery. *For all new build and renovation projects, this is where construction takes place. With your trust, we will manage the construction process on your behalf from start to finish. We will work closely with contractor and venders to ensure that the project is moving along effectively and efficiently.
Installation and Project Closure: And now, the day we’ve all been waiting for! Installation takes place and your perfectly tailored design is revealed! We will do a careful walk-through to ensure that your expectation have been met, closeout the project and leave you to enjoy your beautifully, well designed space!
